Awesome for sore achy muscles. I exercise regularly and see a chiropractor every week. I’m always sore. Not only is the bath salts good at reducing pain but it’s also relaxing. I love the smell of the lavender essential oil that’s added. I started with the jar and now I ordered the four pounds bag. Don’t want to run out of this good stuff!

Tried the 4 lb bag and got a bigger bag now because this is my go to brand for salts. I do ballet, yoga and run sometimes. There are days when my muscles need a bath to relax. I have tried all kind of brands and these are the only ones that work with my muscles. With other brands I had to put more than 3-4 cups for it to work. With this ones 2 is enough a bit more of I really want and it works wonderfully.
