1. Ingredients include Brown sugar, Cane sugar, Coconut oil, Olive oil, Vitamin E, and Lavender essential oil
2. Benefits: Brown sugar contains Glycolic acid, that fights bacteria. Glycolic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid, that is important for skin vitality and health. Brown sugar gives you younger and fresher looking skin by breaking down glue-bonded skin cells which supports cell turnover. Brown sugar is also a natural humectant so it absorbs moisture from your environment and deposits it into your skin.
1. Moisten and soften your face/body with warm water. Then take a small amount, about the size of a nickel or so and rub it into your face/body with circular motions. You can intensify the scrub by adding another small amount after you have worked in the first amount about half way. Each time you add a bit more the scrub gets more intense. If it’s too intense just add a bit of water. Once it’s rubbed in leave it on for several minutes then wash clean.
